The first thing you need to know before you get started creating your first niche site is that there are some minimal costs involved. Usually around $10 for a domain name for one year and then about $10 per month for website hosting. I will show you later ways of covering these cost so don’t worry too much about this minimal investment. Just think of it as an investment in your future!

There are three things that you need to have to create a High Profit Niche Site, they are Website Hosting, a Domain Name & WordPress.

Website Hosting Account

There are a lot of people on the internet that say why waste money on website hosting when you can get a free blogger hosting account. Well that may be, but like everything in life you get what you pay for. I don’t know about you but I don’t want to spend all that time creating a niche site, promote it across the internet, and then have my hosting account closed down for what ever whim they might have. Website hosting is cheap so don’t waste your time with those free hosting accounts. They can close your site down for any reason and without warning and there is not much that you can do about it.

I always make sure that I use a reliable website hosting provider. I have used several over the past few years, but have found that I like HostGator the best. HostGator has what they call their “baby plan” it is the hosting plan that I use for all my niche sites now. It costs around $9.99 a month, and it allows you to host an unlimited number of websites. Plus with HostGator you get wonderful tech support from a well established company.

Domain Names

You will have to have register a domain name for your new niche site. This is your name and address on the internet. There are several places that you can register your domain name on the internet, but I would recommend registering all your domain names with the same company and make sure that the company you register with is a well known and established company. I register all my domain names through Godaddy.com. They are the #1 domain register in the world with their average domain registration price of around $10 per year.

WordPress

I create all my High Profit Niche Sites with WordPress. WordPress is very easy to customize and use. Plus it is constantly being updated and having features added to it. But the best thing about WordPress is the fact that it is FREE!
